At Dutch vendor, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. We work closely with our merchant to process, package, and ship all items directly to you.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination and warehouse location of our merchant. Estimated delivery:

Standard Delivery

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 8–16 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Other Countries: 10–20+ business days

Note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary based on customs, local postal delays, weather, or high order volumes.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once shipped, customers receive a tracking link to monitor the package.
  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to reflect depending on the carrier and merchant.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free shipping may apply for eligible orders when promotions are active.

5. Multiple Shipments

Because we work with several fulfillment warehouses:

  • Items in the same order may ship separately.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

A package is considered delayed or lost if:

  • No tracking update for 10+ business days, or
  • Delivery exceeds our merchant’s expected shipping window.

When this happens, we will help arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the situation.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Import taxes or customs fees (if required in your country) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Most countries do not charge customs for small parcels, but this cannot be guaranteed.

8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
  • We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to the wrong address, the customer may need to pay for reshipment.

9. Failed Delivery or Refusal

If a package cannot be delivered because the recipient was unavailable, or if the package is refused:

  • The shipping carrier may return the item to our merchant.
  • In such cases, reshipping fees may apply.
