Return & Refund Policy

At Dutch vendor, your satisfaction is our priority. We partner with reliable merchant to process and fulfill your orders, and our return/refund process follows both our store guidelines and our merchant policies.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase and before they are processed or shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., “I changed my mind,” wrong size ordered, wrong color ordered, etc.)
Items must be returned in original packaging and with all components included.


3. Refund Conditions

You may request a refund under the following situations:

If the item arrives damaged or not working.
Proof required: Clear photos or video showing the issue.
Refund or replacement will be arranged.
B. Wrong Item Shipped
If you received a different product from what you ordered.
Proof required: photos/videos showing the wrong item.
C. Missing Items
If part of your order is missing.
Proof required: unboxing video or photo of everything received.
D. Lost or Delayed Shipment
Refund is possible when:

Package is lost in transit.
Package has no tracking update for 10+ days (for local warehouses) or 30+ days (international shipping).
Delivery exceeds Merchant's time guarantee for your region.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

Customer entered the wrong shipping address.
Customer ordered the wrong product, size, or color.
The package could not be delivered due to customer not being available.
The delivery was rejected or refused by the customer.
Delays due to customs or global shipping disruptions beyond our control.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

Order number
Description of the issue
Photos or videos as evidence
Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
Our team will review your request and coordinate with our merchant to resolve it as quickly as possible, usually within 3–7 business days.

6. Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items: return shipping may be covered (depending on our merchant’s approval).
For non-quality issues: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


7. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after approval.

8. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

We’ll ship the new item once the issue is verified.
No additional cost for replacements caused by defects or wrong items
